Over the past 20 years, study after study demonstrate that food is both the primary promoter of health and the protector from disease. But what does eating healthy mean? What is the best approach to achieve and maintain a great health and well being?

Where?

The retreat will take place in a beautiful farmhouse in the middle of vineyards, located in Alt Penedés, in Fontrubí, just one hour by train from Barcelona, surrounded by 25 hectares of forest.

What kind of rooms?

  • 2 double rooms en suite
  • 1 double room (detached bathroom)
  • 2 triple rooms en suite

What kind of yoga?

Yoga and meditation practices are optional (need to confirm upon booking). The style of yoga is Kundalini or Integral (one style or the other, or both, depending on majority of group preferences).

What kind of food will be served?

 

The menu is vegetarian. The idea is to appreciate the different ways in which we can integrate into our diet a greater variety of vegetables. Preference is also given to the consumption of local products offered by the region, as well as the use of seasonal foods.

Who is Lolo?

Lolo, founder of LoLove Food Academy, is a Nutrition Consultant (certified at Bauman College, California) who after living and exploring for nine years Southeast Asia, she settled in the Catalonian coast, near Barcelona, Spain, surrounded by nature, cooking delicious food and wanting to share her varied life experiences with people looking to improve their health and well-being. Her passion is to teach how to balance a healthy diet without living with fear, guilt and sacrifices. Her motto is Learn•Eat•Heal

Who is Ivonne?

Ivonne is an Ontological Coach (Associated Certified Coach by the ICF). and works in the area of Interpersonal and Intercultural Communications. She was born in Chile and has lived in the USA, Vietnam and today in Spain. The focus of her work has been to embrace our common humanity, designing and delivering workshops internationally to diverse audiences, who want to experience gratitude and intimacy with a deep sense of connection, or what she likes to call … the magic from within
